Company Files Form 25 with SEC to Commence Voluntary Delisting Process

Delisting Expected to be Effective August 19, 2023

NEW YORK, Aug. 09, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INFINT Acquisition Corporation (the "Company" or "WEB") (NYSE: IFIN), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced its intention to voluntarily delist its units and Class A ordinary shares (the "Shares") from the NYSE American LLC ("NYSE American"). The Company has filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") to commence the voluntary delisting process.

The Company's decision to delist is in accordance with its previously announced plan to dissolve and liquidate and is not due to any material adverse change in the Company's business, operations or financial condition. The Company expects the delisting to become effective on August 19, 2023.

Once the delisting is effective, the Shares will no longer be traded on the NYSE American. However, the Shares will remain outstanding and will continue to be traded on the OTC Pink marketplace. The Company will provide further updates on the delisting process as they become available.
